Custom work
With over 5500 m² of testing facilities and a wide range of pilot scale equipment, CTP is even able to take on custom work. Materials batches of several hundred kilos to several tonnes can be taken on, depending on the processing to be implemented.
Our services range from crushing to fine grinding, with the option of calibrating materials by screening (vibrating screen, flip flow, sieving) or classification (dynamic separator, curved screen, spiral classifier, hydrocyclone separation). We operate physical separations between constituents of different types and perform drying and heat treatment services at over 1000°C.
Deliveries are made by lorry at our site in Tournai, where we perform loading and unloading (availability of forklift trucks and bridge cranes). Batches should preferably be packaged in barrels or big bags mounted on pallets and packed identically.
