It can be carried out through dry or wet sorting. Depending on the sizes of the components to be separated, different terms are used to designate this technique:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scalping for particularly large blocks;<\/li>\n<li>Sieving for grain sizes ranging from between 1mm to 10cm;<\/li>\n<li>Screening for grain sizes between 40 \u00b5m and 1mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CTP has available a series of screening and sieving equipment operating
