The CTP has joined forces with the university laboratories GeMMe and GreenMat to propose an innovative recycling process, implementing a fragmentation technique which should enable a better separation of the battery\u2019s various components, and hydro-metallurgical techniques more sparing of reactants and of energy to recover the metals contained in the black mass. The objective is to move towards the production\u00a0 of precursors for the manufacture of new cathodes.
